LUST

The End is in Sight!!!

SLOTH again... Because I printed them out little and the colour in the other sloth one didn't really fit with the rest.

And this...

Grandmothers china, lies and accusations.

Does this count as three pictures or only one?

So yeah, need to take more pictures of other things.

Finally!

Well here are some pictures, unfortunately they are really noisy, I don't know why, and I'm not sure I like it.

Sometimes, we let our emotions get out of hand, this is a dangerous place to be for you and others around.

Like a poison, anger infects all those near it and things escalate. Actions without rational thought happen.

Then someone will end it, generally not in the best way. What a surprise!

I was looking at Duane Michals and liked the way he made little stories (however confusing and nonsensical) and wrote (very messily) the plot along with them.
So am now in another quandry, do I do lots of individual pictures, each self contained, or do I do what I did here and give little series? Except perhaps more finely executed.

Still not sure if I'm getting the lighting good enough. Meh! Watch this space (heehee) for more pictures soon.
Eeek, time is getting short...

Ok, so I haven't posted for a whole week! Nor have I taken any new pictures which is awful as time is starting to run out. Will try to take some more soon oh yep.

'Nother Picture.

Well here is another image, it is 'Tell No Lies' or something along those lines.

I'm kinda getting fed up as I don't know if this project will work and I'm ill which isn't helping my morale.
Although I do have another idea for a picture which I will take when I can stand up for more than 5 minutes :)

Aha! (this one counts as wedensday)

Ah, I have been lazy, not posting every day :)
Any way, I finally took some photographs so thought I might share some of them.

These are the 'Three Wise Monkeys' (well, that's what I know them as!), Their names are, See No Evil, Speak No Evil and Hear No Evil.

This is the basis of my idea so far, I would like to extend it out to invole other 'evils' and also perhaps try and show what those 'evils' are rather than just showing how to avoid them.

I also did some with black backgrounds and some closely cropped in so there is no background visible. but you'll have to be at the tutorial tomorrow (or today going by the time!) to see them. Unless someone shouts at me to put them on here aswell. ;D

Wow, that's my longest post yet!
What do you think, any suggestions on them and on artists to look at would be immensly appreciated!

...

Well my idea isn't moving along so I guess the next step will be to start taking pictures, which will be next weeks task. It doesn't help that I'm not too sure of myself, if I'll be able to do this properly. Ah well, there is only one way to find out! So try I shall.

...

Well, I tried to think of photographers and the only one that I've got is Andreas Serrano.

How are we supposed to comment on other peoples blogs if we can't find them!?! No pictures yet as I'm still not sure if my idea is a good one or not.

My vague idea...

Currently ideas for this project have been floating around my head like dust caught in sunlight, but I find myself inextricably drawn to one. I will attempt to elucidate:
Do No Evil.
The starting point being the so called 'Three Wise Monkeys' - See No Evil, Hear No Evil and Speak No Evil.
I may also use the 10 Commandments for support as I wish this project to be a little about me and my beliefs.
I am also toying with the idea/problem of whether to use myself as the main subject and thus keeping it personal, or using different models for each 'scenario'.
Help on that point and also any suggestions on photographers I could look at would be greatly appreciated.
